JAKARTA - Inilah waktunya ajang Golden Globe memaparkan para calon pemenang di bidang industri perfilman. Nama-nama seperti Leonardo DiCaprio, Margot Robbie, dan Fantasia Barrino masuk nominasi ajang bergengsi ini.

Pada Senin pagi (11/12/2023), Cedric the Entertainer dan Wilmer Valderrama mengumumkan nominasi Golden Globe Awards ke-81, untuk menghormati film dan serial televisi terbaik dari tahun lalu.

Barbie memimpin di antara film-film dengan total sembilan nominasi, diikuti oleh Oppenheimer dengan delapan nominasi.

Killers of the Flower Moon dan Poor Things keduanya mendapatkan tujuh nominasi. Di televisi, musim terakhir Succession mencetak nominasi terbanyak dengan total sembilan, diikuti oleh The Bear dan Only Murders in the Building , keduanya dengan lima nominasi.

Dua kategori baru ditambahkan tahun ini: pencapaian sinematik dan box office dalam film, dan komedian stand-up terbaik di televisi.

Upacara penghargaan akan disiarkan langsung di CBS Minggu, 7 Januari, dari jam 8 hingga 11 malam ET, langsung setelah doubleheader NFL di CBS Sunday. Acara ini juga akan streaming di Paramount+ dan tersedia di aplikasi CBS.
